Sunshine Peak Apartment Homes

I have had issues with a neighbor the most frequently from her and her husband have been getting verbally harassed physically assaulted and nothing has been done to them for punishment. I've had to call the cops on her five times and I've also let the office lady and the supervisor of sunshine peak apartments had a meeting with both of them to explain all the issues I've had with them again and again. And they told me something would be done about it and nothing has been done. I'm disabled and I can't afford to move out of here but if I did have the funds I would have been gone long time ago. It used to be a nice place to live when I first moved here 3 years ago don't get me wrong. But it's went to hell in a handbasket. I'm just saying how it is, I'm an honest person. Thank you

We have lived in sunshine apartment for 9 months from May to 20th February 2025. Now almost 2 months from ending our contract and leaving the apartment we still haven't receive our deposit check . We called them several times but no one answered . I'm going to take legal steps to get my money back if they don't send me the check in few days according colorado rental law returning deposit check should not take more than 60 days .

Lived here for 7 years and have always had issues here. However, it's gotten worse the past few months as the apartment company has tried to charge me double rent two months in a row now (almost $2,000). Getting in contact with the new manager for any help is a joke. Doors always locked, won't answer phone, and it takes ages to get an email response if you're lucky. I'm disappointed once again with how things are done around here.

We have lived in sunshine apt for 9 months,after 2 months from leaving apt. they don't return our deposit check. Nobody answer the phone . After 1,5 months and alot of contact finally manager called us and said i'm writing your check and you will received it in a few days and after 2 weeks we havn't received check.

I find the landscape maintenance lacking Weeds are slowly taking over some areas of grass. And some of the landscape bushes and shrubs are being chocked by bindweed.
