Gina and the Sunshine Management team are professional and kind. The grounds and buildings where I am are well kept (all year round) and any issues, which have been very few, are addressed in a timely manner. It's quiet and peaceful where I live. Gina and Sunshine Management really do a great job and I am happy to have connected with this company!

I rented a unit in the Carrol Plaza shopping center and I can’t open my business, I can’t even have a permit to start remodeling the place! How this is possible? Those people make everything worst! The department of zoning of the Westminster said they are asking for paperwork for annexation over a year for water allocation and the sunshine management rented a property for business that couldn’t have those permits. Please I want assistance, I need help!I just want to work! What left to me: I didn’t open my business and am I bankrupt?! Do not rent from sunshine management. They are crooks. Especially Cindy Gibson. She charges me 2,000 dollars in damages after I moved out the apartment. Unfortunately, it’s going to affect my credit because I’m not paying it. I’ve included pictures here of the last time I walked out of my apartment. I took a video and I have snapped photos from the video. The apartment looked amazing. There’s no reason to charge me $2000 in damages I got it in the letter and it said if I don’t pay it, it will go to a credit bureau Purely evil of them to do this to me I was with them for a whole year. I chose to leave on my own because I didn’t like the apartment didn’t have central air. I've been wanting to write a review for quite some time now...but I honestly have no energy to deal with anything in regards to Sunshine Management any longer. Long story short, landlords need to be held accountable. How Cindy G. still holds a job here is beyond me. This company is appalling, and does not care about their tenants at all. My pictures speak for themselves...but if you're considering using this company for anything- DON'T!
