Sunset Preserve by Pulte Homes

Had an amazing experience with Pulte from sales to design, to PM walk throughs to closing. I want to thank Amber, for being the friendliest, sweetest and helpful sale rep. She was very knowledgeable, patient and prompt throughout the process. I also want to thank Coutney from the design studio, as she went above and beyond to help us design our home. We made last minute changes, and she coordinated with others an made it very smooth for us. Thanks to Pulte for keeping such good employees!

02/04/24 - went to replace the light fixture in the bathroom, granted all of them we replaced have been off a little - but this one is just unbelievable and such poor work. 01/20/24 - weekly pickup of garbage blown in yard - this time it was 15 nails like in the picture and all in our neighbors driveways too - 7 flats on this street alone - what I know of thanks to Pulte. 01/10/24 - workers are in here everyday at 07:00am - supposed to be 08:00am and this morning everyone within blocks was awaken by a dumpster driver incessantly honking his horn before 08:00am to other workers cars so he could get through. We have 5 layers of customer service people in Florida - 5 - but sent them an email and none are up yet. I went out my front door and asked him to please stop honking and he cursed at

Had a great experience with my new home build. There were few hiccups along the way as is with anything however everyone involved in the process went above and beyond to get things taken care of and move things along. Very pleased.
