DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Management is a joke. The apartment seems appealing in the front by the leasing office but roam the rest of th hallways and you will be in for a rude awakening. Anytime I request repairs they come do a poor job to patch things up for a few days, not to mention it is completely infested with roaches. The whole entire building. I can't wait to move out of here. It's not what it once was over 10 years ago!

EDIT POST: Had a leak in the unit and it’s now been over two weeks before maintenance decided to step in??? There was an ongoing leak as of August 21st and Ingrid seems to know absolutely nothing in the office. Vacated the unit so they could do inspections and repairs and came back to even more wet stains. Previously there was only one in the living room. There was absolutely ZERO follow up. ZERO attention. What was the point of vacating the unit when we had been promised it would be taken care of the next day? What a joke of a property. Also, how do you even work at the office if you don't even know your lease agreement regarding asbestos in the unit? Do you not have enough training to understand basic rules?
