Sunset Plaza Apartments

We have lived here little over 1 year and moved out in December. Manager Rosemary is very cool. She does care and try her best to help. We lived on the 2nd floor and right below us was the maintenance lady...constantly complaining about my kids being loud and walking too loudly. I guess it is ok to be blasting her mexican music on Friday nights are ok. SMH. Security is not worse...but, it is bad. A lot of car break-ins. If you decide to live here, make sure you do not leave anything inside your car. A lot of residents do stay here cause rent is low. We didn't have constant roach problems cause I used an item I purchased from Amazon. Oh btw, if you order something...make sure someone is home to bring it in right away.

My family lived in these apartments between 1999-2001. While it was great to have washers and dryers on the premises, people were always stealing clothing and blankets. There was a major issue with roaches and we were sent to stay at a questionable motel for two nights while they handled the issue, which was not completely resolved.

This building needs to get the health department called. They have cockroachs everywhere they do a good job hidden them covering up the nest but eventually they come out I moved in n saw them with in a month into a year lease she keep sending some company whom cared less just sprayed chemical. Here n there they said it was cleanliness yes but also said we brought them every single apt has them not to mention how unsafe it is fights police called all the time . We recently moved out n had to throw everything away due to we didn't want to run the risk of bringing them to our new home all end up with only the clothes we had on not totmention that its located near Dale jr highwith students constantly breaking in it's notnall bad atleast if u will get a dose of us weekly with the daily gossip

5 months of living here and we already got our car broken into . So it’s not very safe, won’t be here much longer due to that. What is the point of the gates of people can easily come in

Watch out raining flooding water can cause the damage in your vehicles during the raining seasons in parking spots....the major flooding in parking spots...A lot of thieves stole your stuff by break ing your cars windows
