Sunset Place Apartments

I just wanted to complement Mr. Luis. He is a great worker who is very kind and thorough! Took his time to do the job fixing the sink faucets correctly, then checked the whole system when finished to make absolutely sure all worked. He even recommended some services in the future to help make the system 100%. I’m very appreciative of his help and him as a person!

Luis gave the best service fixing our hallway light. He was fast and efficient in getting the job done. 10/10 service genuinely.

I had a great time during my stay. The everyone in the office is a delight to work with. It was a pleasure working with Besty and Roxanna. They truly make you feel at home. The maintenance workers are so kind and generous and always take care of any issue you request. Shout out to Carlos and Hector. If it wasn’t for my job requesting me elsewhere, I would keep staying here.

I didn’t get to view a unit, but just driving through and entering Sunset Place left a great impression. Beautiful curb appeal, welcoming staff, and a well-kept clubhouse. Betsy even greeted me warmly before her lunch break! This property is close to the airport, pet-friendly, and offers the perfect price point during these times of inflation—not just affordable, but a smart choice. For anyone relocating, it combines curb appeal, excellent customer service, and value.

Rolando knocked on my door and I answered. He told me he was from maintenance and after he showed me the work order, I let him come in and showed him to the bathroom. He spoke very little English and I spoke no Spanish, ha ha ha, But we found a way to understand each other. So I showed him where the problem was and then I showed him the video I had made of it so that he could clearly see exactly what was going on. Once I did that he immediately knew what to do. He went out, got his tools and came back. He fix the problem by replacing a worn out part. He tested it and everything was great. Thank you very much for sending Rolando. He did a great job.
