Sunset Peak Apartments

Not sure what the other reviews are talking about because I lived there three years and never met any management under the previously listed names. This apartment had a lot of pros and cons. Pros: central air conditioning worked very well, never ran out of hot water, and it was pretty quiet. I lived on the bottom floor and my upstairs neighbors were great. Great access to everything on telshor and rent was at a good price. Cons: literally everything about the maintenance. Everything. Not only were they negligent when it came to leaving things/mess behind when work orders needed to be completed, they also didn’t know what they were doing. I lived here for 9 months during my last year of college. The manager was very nice and accommodating. Great place to leave for not much money.

These apartments were truly a blessing in my life. Mrs. Brenda goes out of her way to make everyone feel at home and safe.

Wounder how mush she paid you guys to say this. I for one know for a fact that she has violated a lot of the renters legal rights and their leases. That's why a lot of the older renters moved out as soon as they could.
