I just renewed my 15 month lease here and I absolutely love the complex management is super cooperative, understanding and helpful in all aspects from maintenance all the way to rent payment and most importantly, how absolutely clean the community is! They work efficiently to make their renters comfortable.

I’ve been living here for 1 year and a half and overall it’s been a decent experience. I have felt very safe, the property is well kept and the area is very convenient . The problem is the cost of living. Over 2k for a 1 bedroom apartment? Absolutely ridiculous, especially for an old property and outdated appliances. They add a bunch of hidden fees and charges to your rent. You will end up paying about $300 more each month in rent than you originally thought. I will not be renewing my lease again, unfortunately.

Absolutely unprofessional group of individuals, apartments are worn down, appliance don’t work and maintenance is useless. Refrigerator started making loud noise the first night after moving in, reported it and they replaced about a week later, dishwasher was leaking and according to maintenance nothing was wrong with it, took a second maintenance weeks later to fix it. Also, maintenance stated not to use heat inside the apartment because it causes the smoke detector to go off. Few weeks later found that it just needed to run for a bit. They never fixed my sink even though they said they’ll do so during walkthrough. THEY WILL ALSO CHARGE YOU WHATEVER THEY WANT FOR “BILLS/UTILITY”.

Lived in this complex from January 2024 - January 2025 in the 384 sq ft studio. Overall , I hated it. The unit wasn’t updated. There were dents in every kitchen appliance, which were all super old. There were even dents in my front door?? Constantly had roaches wandering into my apartment. I was paying around 1600 a month, even though my rent was supposed to be in the 1300’s, they add major fees on to your rent so you will be paying a lot more than you initially anticipate. Trash is always over flowing in the complex dumpsters and it makes the whole neighborhood smell foul. Apartments are old and out dated with a stench that will stick to you and all your belongings like glue. You’d be better off paying for something more updated. You’ll be wasting your money here. For the price of these apartments in the square footage. You can move into any new complex that they just built for almost. These complex is charging the same rent prices as new buildings is getting ridiculous. 830 ft² for a two bedroom come on people that is ridiculous That's like one bedroom apartment
