She facilitated a seamless move-in process, and in the event of any concerns, she or a member of her team is readily available to provide assistance. I am absolutely appalled at the fact that there is never any parking for us residents. We have an option to pay for a private garage which is too expensive. Or under the carport which is about half but still ridiculous. They have very very limited parking. I've seen people who pay for the parking & still park in the open spaces. Who are meant for us residents who don't have private parking. (Garage or carport) These open spaces are for visitors and people such as myself who can't pay for parking. Now I got in late last night and of course there's no parking for me anywhere. So I got towed it was freezing and I needed to get my puppy in before both of us got sick. Now I call and it's $409.00 dollars to take my truck out. I know the apartment complex won't help me with this cost. Somet

Living her at sunset lodge has been the best experience for me and I am grateful for all the assistance manager for helping me out on my problems. I want to say thank you to Deseree, Michelle, Ashley and Jose but especially Michelle for helping me out on my rent when I was having trouble she found a salutation for me.

Michelle is so helpful with any questions you ask about! I have enjoyed Sunset so much, I renewed a lease for the first time!

The property manager Megan is absolutely horrible. We went to the leasing office to look at an apartment but we heard her berating her staff so we left. If thats how she treats her team I can't imagine how she treats tenants. She was yelling so loud tou could hear it from outside.
