Sunset Landing

I’ve been here since about July 2025. And out of all the apartments I’ve looked at this one was my favorite. The area is nice, they keep up on the property. They have made many positive changes for the residents like the playground and dog park. (I used to have a friend who lived here & they didn’t have the dog park than). The community is quiet which I love. Any time I have an issues the office lady Maria is very nice & always willing to help anytime I call or email her. There’s alot of parking. They have people maintaining the property at least twice a week (I work from home & I hear them outside or see them on my breaks). Anytime I need something fixed they follow instructions and come as soon as someone is available. Over all their maintenance workers are great. I haven’t had any issue

I am 1 year removed from this property and thank God for change and choice! Worst experience of my life and I've been on the planet 60 plus years. First off they want 90 days notice if you plan to move.their lease is for 13 months, which in my opinion is a tactic on both levels to ensure they have the upper hand, which should alarm you first. Secondly the roach infestation was so bad you could prepare a meal and the roaches would come out of their nests from the aroma! They were brave enough to come out greet you, and then attack your food. Your rent always changes due to their categorized utilities changing.the apartments are overpriced for the size and apartment grossly outdated. Lastly I asked for a toilet upon moving in and was denied. I continued to ask and repeatedly told they had to

Worst apartments to live in they try to sneak in extra fees and when you ask for a print out of the charges they don’t give it to you there’s roaches and nats all in the apartment maintenance sucks they take 2 weeks to fix anything the AC leaks extremely bad and all they do to “fix” the problem is vacuum it out and tell you not to put the air under 70 which does nothing pool was closed all summer there’s mold all in the bathroom stairs are hazardous dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes properly and smells horrible when ran outlets stop working and maintenance does nothing to fix it closet doors never stay on front door is really hard to open because it gets stuck washer leaks really bad dryer just keeps running doesn’t stop on its own definitely not safe for kids if you have kids please pick an

ROACHES, ROACHES EVERYWHERE! Living at Sunset Landing was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I moved into an apartment that was already infested with roaches—they were everywhere, even inside my refrigerator. Every time I went to the leasing office to speak with the manager, Fran was never available, always claiming to be “busy.” Management was quick to blame me instead of taking responsibility. It wasn’t until I reported the situation to the City of Glendale as a health concern that they finally took action and replaced the refrigerator. If you’re looking for an overpriced, roach-infested apartment with zero support from the leasing office, then Sunset Landing is the place for you. Otherwise, I do NOT recommend living here to anyone.

DO NOT BOTHER TO RENT HERE ! GO SOME PLACE ELSE ! Came for a tour, seemed like the ladies in the office didn’t want to help at all !! felt discriminated due to my appearance they was really short didn’t even bother to show me anything or give me any real information just kept brushing me away if I can’t even get an answer before even renting why even bother to move here ! We have to do better
