Sunset Crossing

I live here now and I never ever ever have hot water or water at all. If you want to get up in the wee hours for a hot soak in the tub forget about it. The water is literally ice cold from 7:00 pm until the next day, that's if you're lucky enough to get hot water. I live alongside and upstairs from two empty apartments that are terrible on the inside. Busted glass and trash, debris and drug addicts in and out of them at night. I'm afraid that I may wake up to a fire beneath or on side of me. No care is given and I feel that MONEY is their number one priority and not the tenant. I just want a clean environment, a nice apartment to call home and hot water...I know, the damn basics!!!

Do not rent here at all run for your life.... i was scrolling through the reviews the ones that are postive are lying.. the apartments are not clean its messy. Water is off half the time and it wont be on till the end of the day. RATS everywhere and roaches and when you go report it they dont do nun about it... they charge u insane amount of money for an apartment thats not even good its ridicoulous.. the manager is just rude and they change managers often. They towed my car the first day i moved in becuase i did reverse parking no warning nothing its ridicoulous.

I'ma be honest with you. No lie. When I stayed there I never heard so much shooting in my life. I'm talking 24 hours a day. I just left literally. Left furniture, clothing, everything.

I've been living here for only 6 months and the water has been shut off 4 times, the electricity has went out 3 times, and my AC broke 2 times even though It's set to 78° degrees. The AC units outside explode often and have loose/exposed wires. The Pool turns dark green every week so it's unsanitary to swim in, and when they do "clean" it, there's grime and algae left on the walls. And of course as everyone knows, the whole back unit of the apartment is abandoned, causing attraction to homeless people. They only have 1 security guard at night and he's usually drunk. I'd only say it's decent (2 stars) if you're willing to live in a poor/low income area with cheap rent ($750-850$) There's plenty of stores around which is convenient. So hilarious! As y’all can see that these people in the reviews is lying and saying the the same thing in a different account . It’s horrible over here . Please don’t let these people lie to you guys . They slowly but surely fixing things up . I just got my hot water back on yesterday. I still haven’t got a new sink since I’ve been here . All this stuff you’re looking at right now have been like this since I’ve move in here last year in February . Everytime I wash the dishes water goes right under my sink … my whole apartment is coming apartment and I’m NOT comfortable at all.
