Sunset Center Office Park

Very clean location. Nice people in the area. I asked around and they were very friendly and open to pointing certain locations I couldn't find. Thanks guys.

Excellent park for one wall Handball. Four courts off Two free standing walls. No side walls. Great playing surface although green is more suited for tennis. handball should be a neutral color colors as in cement grey. The only real draw back is no lights. The Sport of "Handball" also know as American Handball, Irish Handball, One Wall Handball, Street Handball, Big Blue, & finally its new Olympic name Wall-Ball (as there already is an Olympic sport named Handball which is not played against a wall & more resembles soccer). In 2013 Wall-Ball will exhibited in the World Games hosted by Colombia, city of Cali.

Nilsa is most unprofessional property manager that there could be. She is extremely rude and down talks to you. I was just in awe with the way that I was treated. Nilsa give this place and extemly bad name!

NILSA - the property manager is extremely unprofessional. She is not respectful of the tenants in this building. As a hurricane approaches Nilsa refuses to help tenants with Hurricane protocols, she will simply yell at you and hang up on you. NILSA is the poster child for unprofessionalism and as long as she is the property manager SUNSET OFFICE PARK IS NOT THE PLACE TO RENT!!!!!!!! 9/5/18 Update, this is still a terrible place to rent and Nilsa is still TERRIBLE at her job.

I love this place. The 5G tower in the back acts like a scarecrow, keeping the crackpot conspira-tards nice and far away. (Now about that growth near my temple...)
