Sunset Apartments

I stayed at this apartment for like 2 years. Paid several hundred dollars in pet fees, deposits, monthly pet rent, etc. at the time of move out, they notified us that we owed around a thousand dollars in cleaning fees. They said our deposits and pet rent were for the "convenience of having the pet" and didn't actually count towards any pet-related charges. I think the multitude of positive reviews are likely just new tenants whom they beg to leave 5 stars and you should really listen to the negative reviews of actual tenants who've since left. The apartment complex is nice, the people were all mostly nice, but this lasting experience will forever tarnish my view of this complex and everyone who I talk to about it.

Sad to say I was moving away but living here for 3 yrs was great! Leasing office and maintenance team were extremely sweet and on time for everything! I had a 1 bed 1 bath it was pretty spacious for a great price !!

Mackenzie was absolutely amazing. She made us feel like we were already at home.

The Sunset Apartments were a great place to live, no noise from neighbors, maintenance requests were handled extremely fast, and any and all questions or requests from the office were handled efficiently
