Sunset Apartment Homes

I had an incredible experience at Sunset Apartments! I was in a tough spot and needed an apartment today, and Alejandra went above and beyond to make it happen. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. I am so thankful for their quick work and highly recommend this community!

It started with a phone call and they welcomed us in to their office. Once we were at the office as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile and hello by the front desk young lady Alex! It was late in the day and she didn’t mind she was there a little later to finish helping us. After everything was done the process was quick easy and simple. Alex helped us all the way. After we moved in we had two issues but as soon as I reported them they were addressed the same day and I have not had issues. The community is nice quiet and the other neighbors are kind and respectful as well. We honestly went to a bunch of other apartments and ultimately decided to stay here. Alex will helped us and guide you in the right directions don’t look no more come to sunset!

Well my company Hooper trucking told us that they set us up at Sunset apartments right down the road from the yard. I hated knowing I was leaving my home in Mississippi to come to a new place to live. You always wonder what kinda place you’re moving into. Is it full of crime, and bad neighbors?? Is it a roach infested place ?? Well it is not. They really keep the grounds outside looking great. The people around us are friendly. If you walk past someone they always say hello/hola. The apartments are really nice. Don’t worry about pest because there are none. They come in and treat the apartments regularly. If you have any issues they respond quickly to fix your issues. So yes I’m from 800 miles away from home, but this place is my second home.

Once I first arrived at the front office, I immediately felt welcomed. The staff from the jump help me get my apartment with no hidden fee's or having had me pay extra of any sort. Great place to stay, Only wish is to have a washer and dryer unit inside the apartment, becuase the once around campus are not great and need a redo.

I have loved living here for almost 2 years . The staff are amazing, they are always so helpful and friendly when I need anything ! They always ask about my dog , which makes me happy to know I’m not just a number .
