Sunrise Pointe Apartments

I would like to say first off.. I wish I could give more then a 5 star review. Cause she deserves 100 star review.... Mrs. Catherine Goes above and beyond to make sure things get done for me.. She always makes a way to keep me informed about what's going on.. she makes sure you leave happy and satisfied. I appreciate everything she has done. And should keep doing.. She deserves a raise and a higher position. She is a blessing to have in this office. And the bad review that got put on here against Catherine , Is all false. She does a great job at what she does. And make sure she gets the job done . I really appreciate her.

Cat is more than a leasing agent she has become a real friend I have disabilities and she helps me with mail and always makes sure I get my notices by phone messages make sure I get my notices phone call. She is always pleasant, happy and smiling. When everyone comes in the office, she gives her absolute best to each one of the people that come in her office. She has a joy that loves to share with others and make sure other people feel very welcome. She definitely gets a five star from me. My name is Maria borgen and I lived here over eight years. We are blessed to have Cat working here

I just want to start off by saying that I am completely disgusted & disappointed in Catherine who also goes by alias “cat”. She literally plays her own cards to look out for herself by ensuring/enforcing that you will give her a nice review so that she can keep her position here at sunrise pointe due to new management taking over they are replacing all staff including Catherine & unfortunately I now see why to be exact. Catherine even went far as to messaging me through via email & text to make sure that I gave her a nice public review & I did at first because I thought she were a genuine individual but little did I know.. After I moved in & been here since December,31,2025. I asked a simple question just to clarify on my end so that I know what to expect for the next two upcoming months (

I’ve lived here for several years and the ENTIRE staff is amazing! Cat is a valuable asset to this complex, she’s readily available to answer all questions and follow through to ensure that all needs are met. Scott is my go to person when it comes to maintenance issues, my kids calls him “Mr. Fix It”. Scott is the foundation to making sure everything works smoothly.

Ms. Cat (in the front office) is ABSOLUTELY fantastic when dealing with any & all things when it comes to helping us tenants @ Sunrise Pointe Apartments! She goes ABOVE & BEYOND, all while having a smile on her face while talking with you like a human being & not just someone that pays rent.
