Sunrise Park Apartments

I lived here for three and a half years with my dad until he died. The manager was going to kick me out because my name wasn't on the lease after my dad asked them to put my name on the lease when we moved in and they wouldn't put my name on. The manager never said she would hate to have to kick me out and hoped it didn't get to that. There was a shooting outside my apartment soon before moved out. The manager said "it wasn't one of our people" not she was sorry that happened or glad I didn't get hurt or didn't blame me for being concerned about my safety.

Lived there 4 yrs, it changed management 3 times. Inexpensive, decent,( minus the bugs til the exterminator came...every 2 to 3 weeks). I kept my place clean, and to myself. When I moved out it was in better condition from when I first moved in. The new management wouldn't refund my deposit because I left a clock in the tiny kitchen over the threshold. I do have pictures of how I cleaned and left the apartment unit!
