I tip my hat to Susan. She has been phenomenal on taking care of my needs in a timely fashion. Very personable and easy to work with. Front desk does an awesome job as well. I definitely recommend the move if you are looking for a place to stay

This is my first apartment so some PROS I experienced so far are: They were able to move me in same day! Praise the Lord! 2) Pretty easy to work with, the office is solid. Ellos hablan español. The Apartment: I moved into a classic they also have renovated ones. I’m blessed it’s great, I can’t complain. In unit washer dryer (clutch) 1.5 bathrooms (what) upstairs bedrooms (cmon somebody) and The area is close to shops, Chandler mall, La tienda, mercados, close by. Parking situation is good an abundance of spaces. It’s only been a day, so far so good.. I did find some bugs, nothing crazy. I’m pleased. Thank you Jesus!!

I have lived at an apartment for 23 years. I moved to another apartment in June. I have always felt safe and happy at this complex. I have seen many turnovers in the last few years. I know a new transition is hard on everyone that works here and for us tenants. I have spoken to many temporary employees since October 12 to have someone check my roof for a leak and have been very frustrated that no one was sent to check my roof till I spoke to Susan the new manager on November 11 about the leak and in 2 days she had a roofing company come and inspect my roof. I was totally blown away how quickly she had sent someone to check my roof. I have to say she is very professional, caring, friendly, informative and on top of everything to try and get things resolved. I just want to say I believe she

Brenda and Jose in the office were phenomenal and great!I Applied i toured the property and i was so impressed and shooked of how great the townhouse's neighborhood looked The pool being heated as well , the Lounge area the playground 🛝 in front of the townhouse i applied for free due to there specials this community sold me its close to everything i was really impressed. It has been such a stressful road and to find this i feel so happy i am Waiitng on my application to go through and inwill be submitting my paystubs to Brenda for completion' Thank you for everyone in the office being so caring and nice! I appreciate it so much.

I've leaving here for almsot 4 yrs this apartment building near by with everything gas station, many differents kind of restaurants to American, Mexican, Asian,Costco,mall,hospital, coffee shop,freeway, groceries store's all my neighbors are very good people's, this area is safe,clean,quiet the office staff's & maintenance is very helpful if you need anything there always helping,or fixing things inside the apartment....highly recommended to anyone to try & live & rent in this apartment..affordable price of rent for chandler area...
