Terrible management company and maintenance crew. They don't do walk thru's on our community as per our contract. You always have to tell them what to needs to be fixed. And usually by the 2nd or 3rd request it will get done. Terrible communication skills. After hours number is a joke. You never receive a call back. If your community is considering hiring them as your management company beware. It will be your worst mistake.

Terrible company! PLEASE make sure you go to their second google page they created with no adress to deflect all these bad reviews so you can see all the other complaints. I didnt realize how bad it was.. This gets zero stars and a formal complaint from my client. Terrible, horrible experince and company!!!!! In my 10 year career I have never ever seen anything like this. By far the most unprofessional ran company I have ever dealt with. They should be closed and or monitored by the law. They denied my client for complete groundless reasons. She has a 800 credit score and a super clean record and after a 45 day wait. They told us to re apply because they were lying. They had zero valid reasons of the denial and they know it. My client filed a formal complaint and I sent them an email. Pot

We have been managed for over 3 years and the company gives us very good attention and they run things very professionally. We have lots of projects and they help us get the permits and certifications that are needed. We have several owners that that call the office and get very quick service and Marjie has been a great person to get results. The budget has been the same for the past 3 years even though insurance has gone up and most fees get raised. We are very happy with their service.

I’ve lived in my community for three years and have always followed the rules, paid on time, and respected the space. But recently, I’ve been incredibly disappointed by the lack of communication and accountability from management. After working 12-hour shifts, I came home two nights in a row to find someone parked in my assigned spot. I tried calling the number for the patrol company, only to be told they weren’t authorized to do anything unless a car was unregistered—despite the fact that this car clearly was and still parked in my space. I also tried contacting the property manager and received no response. Then, a few days later, my car was booted in my own assigned spot with no notice. I've had nothing but frustration dealing with this company. They never answer phone calls or respond to emails, no matter how urgent the issue is. Even worse, they have a habit of making false claims and giving misleading information. It's impossible to get anything resolved, and their lack of professionalism is shocking. If you're looking for reliable property management, look elsewhere.
