Sunrise Bluffs Apartments

I had a great experience with the leasing office. The staff was friendly, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process. They answered my questions clearly and made everything straightforward from start to finish. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and I appreciate how helpful the team was.

This is coming from Generation Z, do not rent here, Trust Me. I still have maintenances problems that they checked mark completed but action was never done, and unexplainable bills, they also gave me a tour on a different fixed up apartment, then I ended up in a uninhabitable apartment, I ended fixing the primary problems of the apartment myself, when the manager never replied back to me, I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone transitioning into adulthood, and the App sucks and it does not allowed you to request maintenance services properly since the options they provide are not visible. Also, on my Citizen app, I can see that theirs been history of predatory behavior in this place.

This apartment complex is nothing but a scam. I lived here for 8 months, and none of my service requests were fulfilled despite multiple visits to the office. They charged me over $2000 in false bills. The building is filthy everywhere. The real scammer here is a woman named Tatiana. I personally witnessed her and others in the office ganging up on a woman who was only asking for the required services to be provided. The woman left in tears.

Too many negative things with this place to even go into detail. I could write a lengthy essay on the roach infestation, no hot water or water pressure in shower, dirty laundry facilities with broken washers and dryers, mold growing in air ducts/vents, homeless people living in empty apartments and digging in the dumpsters, dog poop all over the ground. The list is long with this place. I wouldn’t recommend living here. Plus, the office manager took no responsibility when we told them about these issues. We broke our lease after 9 months of dealing with this. No regrets in breaking this lease. That’s how desperate we were to get out of there.

The office staff is so efficient and friendly, the application process was easy and fast, I would recommend anyone to rent here. Ana has been so helpful and friendly very nice personality.
