Sunrise at Tropicana

I'm in my third year living in these condos, and the management is getting worse every time. They don't seem to care about the well-being of the current residents. They're only kind and attentive when you apply for the first time. A few weeks ago, they opened the pool at their Mountain Vista location. I had to run out with my 18-month-old daughter because the sanitary conditions were disgusting. And to finish my comment, I've been demanding for over two months to have the floor of my house fixed. It was damaged when a worker came to repair my refrigerator.

Great experience at Sunrise at Tropicana! The community is improving, and the office team is great. Claudia is especially wonderful kind, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. Truly appreciate her support!

Current resident and I would heavily advise staying away from renting here until they can control the homeless encampment that puts everyone’s lives at risk. They cannot be charging us the same rent people in other parts of town are paying when these issues are present. It doesn’t match the value ratio. Also gym is not 24/7 like other apartments. This was taken day of posting pictures speak the for themselves.

Great customer service, I didn’t have an appointment and they still showed me an apartment. I had been apartment shopping all day and this was the first place I felt welcomed.
