Sunrise Apartments

I don't live here, but I do visit someone that does; and I'm here often. Over the last couple years I've watched the changes the apartment complex has had, and it seems so much better now. There's a lot of construction, they are always doing work outside, but the word going around I heard is that they might be done with all of that. It really is so much better then it used to be, a few years ago. The newer management company here has done a great job. It's a whole new place it seems like. The others that live here are friendly, and the manager seems professional and always says hello. It didn't used to be so quiet at night or on weekends, but it is now. I look forward to visiting here.

As an actual tenant who has lived here for many years, I can honestly tell you that this is an excellent apartment complex. When I first moved in about 6 years ago, the place was run down and falling apart. However, over the past 3 years, the new owners have completely renovated the complex and modernized the apartments. Everybody - the owners, the property manager, and the work crew - are very friendly.

Did a walk through and saw roaches, a rat on the property and the manager was very rude and pushy...and the rent is way high, I went across the street to compare prices and big differences. If I could give less then a star I would all because of the manager and the attitude.
