It has been a great experience so far. Maintenance is not a concern they always assist me it does not matter how small the concern is they assist the issue as soon as possible. Management is very kind specially the property manager Rosario and the assistant Mayra. They are very polite, kind, and understanding. Always answer the phones ready to help and always there to assist with any questions or concerns. The price is right, the property very clean and organized plus is near all the basic needs you could have on a daily basis. I recommend the property and the staff is great once again.

The staff here made me feel very comfortable about my decision to live here. The application process was not overwhelming and the manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. I love the cozy atmosphere and the customer service. Definitely recommend this property.

I’ve been living at Sunridge for 29 years and do not plan on leaving. Love it here, the management works with you and are caring people, maintenance is great and the property is well kept and clean.

Right on Pioneer Pkwy. Straight shot from 161. We’ve stopped here to deliver furniture often for a long time now 👍

Never move here please! Been here for a year our apartment is infested with roaches and the never done nothing about it but make it worse sending a person that sprays and its done.Have two little ones at home and its just disgusting.Roaches EVERYWHERE!
