Sunquest Property Group

SunQuest has been managing both of my properties for many years, and I will continue to use them as I add more homes to my rental portfolio. I've tried many different companies in Beaufort County and I'm so glad I'm now with a great one!!

I do not suggest renting from this company! We rented a townhome for almost 2 years and gave notice and made sure to get approval before terminating our lease. Mike was extremely rude and unprofessional when it came to returning our security deposit. He never sent a move out check list but tried to claim we had not completed it. We cleaned the unit thoroughly besides behind the washer and dryer which is in a closet. It was filthy whenever we moved in and I don’t have the capability of disconnecting and moving a washer/dryer to clean behind it. There was no statement about a cleaning fee in the lease agreement but we got charged in the end for it not being clean. Shouldn’t ya’ll be getting it cleaned anyways? Just like you told us that it was cleaned before we moved in but it was disgusting

When I moved to HHI, I was struggling to find the perfect place to live. Mike and the Sunquest team really showed up for me. Not only do they have great communication, they also show deep care and urgency for their tenants. Truly a 5 star service and experience! Thank you!

My family and I stayed in Treetops this past week. Nice property, well maintained. The rental company(Mike) was very help when choosing a property to rent and he was very responsive. Thanks Mike for making everything so smooth for our vacation.

We loved our stay at Brigantine Quarters, the property was great! But more importantly we accidentally sent a package to the address after we left and Bob was super helpful helping us with the issue. Wonderful customer service!
