Sunquest Apartments

I have been here almost 2 years. The location is very convenient to everything. The maintance man Willy is a great guy,,, he is polite and a great worker. I met Mehatma this week from corporate, what a sweetheart. I hope I spelt your name right🔯, I wish you were here more often. The parking here is horrible when it rains, could use some paving. Just wanted to leave a review for Sunquest apartments after 2 years I have no complaints I enjoy the peace I get living here and enjoy the area .. I must say if anything needs service or action gets taken care of I love our maintenance man his always on top of keeping the area clean and great service... Management owners are great thank you for allowing me and my family be part of leasing I recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent . Oh I miss Melissa she was great

Joy is an absolute blessing to the establishment. Extremely thoughtful and helpful. Willie and the rest of the maintenance team do a great job keeping up with the property. A bit expensive but the location is walking distance from basically anything you would need.

Joy has been an absolute “joy” to work with. She has been helpful, professional, and always available. There were a few minor things that weren’t ready when we moved in, but the team here has been quick to respond and address. I’m hoping the rest of our lease term continues in the same manner.

The whole process was easy and quick! The apartments are nice as well. Melissa is amazing!!!!!! Very very helpful. Her response time is pretty quick and she answered all my questions. I highly recommend that you work with her! Edited review on 3/3/26: Billie is understanding, lenient, and gets things done. I’ve been here since June and it’s been going good.
