Very bad place, they can’t even afford to pay the internet bills. Everything is broken or does not work including the hot tub and sauna. Do not vent rent Airbnb here as they cannot afford to maintain this place anymore. Please avoid at all costs.

**Please write the state attorney general if you did not get your security deposit, if enough people write them about this the attorney general has to represent us in this case*** Did not repay my security deposit, now they are ignoring me and the state attorney general. They also said for amenities they would provide washer/ drier and Air conditioning. The washer rarely worked and I probably texted/ emailed/ filed work order 5 times each. Air conditioning did not work except the last month of summer and after they broke the power to fix it, which was out for 2 days. Time to file a lawsuit

Unfortunately, management really brings this place down. The property manager and management company are very poor at communicating with tenants and are often unprofessional and rude. Issues are frequently ignored, and it can take weeks (or longer) to get a response. Maintenance is extremely slow and sometimes completely overlooked, even for important issues like broken window locks on bottom-floor units. While the amenities are nice, the gym equipment is often broken or missing parts. On the positive side, the gated community does feel very safe. Overall, this place has potential, but the lack of communication and responsiveness makes living here frustrating. I would be wary to allow my college kiddos to live here on their own.

Highly recommend Sunport Luxury Homes. Beautiful property with many amenities, swimming pools, ATM machine and tanning beds are just a few of the ones I’ve been able to enjoy so far. Staff is knowledgeable and professional. Okemah’s and Rachel make a good team they made me feel welcome in Albuquerque immediately. Maintenance and the staff are fast and communication has been smooth.

They claim changing names/ownership causes no liability to pay back lost deposits. But the management is the same and one of the investors is the same, I say they still have a moral responsibility to pay back deposits that were lost. 60 deposits weren't paid back. I wouldn't trust them if I were you.
