I really recommend living here And if you need anyones assistance I recommend working with Cynthia she’s so nice and is a good communicator makes you laugh has a good humor and if you need anything done or fixed in you’re apartment she’s on it maintenance always there ready to go you don’t have to wait pool and apartment are always cleaned and pool spotless as always but yes and one more thing neighbors are friendly

I have been here for two years I have been really impressed with Desiree and Cynthia Cynthia and Sarah awesome people I’m a amputee and was going through a tough time but they made feel like family I am greatfull for there help and there caring these three women should be recognized for there hard work and dedication to the community and to the residents thank you

I've been living in the sunpoint apartments for 10 years and I love it it's a quiet community the staff and managers are really nice they complete all my work orders no complaints here I love my apartment it's beautiful

Just moved in. Quiet for the most part. Just never can get ahold of the office. I’ve tried emailing with no responses and repeatedly calling with no answer.

My only problem is they make u pay for parking at your own apartment complex. It went from 10$ to 20$ per car.and no were in my lease says that I have to pay for parking or that it can go Up at eany time .paying to park at your own apartment seems to be dumb to me -Follow up. I talked to them and the tow company they tell u to cancel the parking pass 3 days before auto pay takes it out of your account because if u don't there is no guarantee that it won't charge u .what they dont tell u if u cancel it u can't park ant your apartment complex no more.even if u pay for the month. Then I talked to the apartment about the parking she says she will try to do something to help us.the next week she says she does not remember talking too me about it. JUST choose A another apartments you guys
