Excellent Apartment Complex. I have lived at this wonderful Residence for Many years and I'm very happy and always feel extremely safe at this Property. The Management Team are Very Responsive. Julie The manager is Awesome. Made sure and taken care of some issues I have had in the years past. I Highly Recommend this Apartment Community to anyone thinking of Relocating to Sunpointe. It truly is an Excellent Apartment Community. Very Affordable in comparison to other local Apartment Complexes. And I Love the Pool Hot Tub Sauna and Fitness Area. Always a bonus and always very clean. Thanks Sunpointe Apartments for letting me Call this Home.

We love living here, very safe and beautiful apartments. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We love the front desk staff, especially Logan that no matter how little we need help or come in, remembers our name and car. They have the best memory I've ever seen! I'd also love to mention the very hard working, attentive and friendly maintenance workers here! They are super personable and easy to talk to while they fix what you need done. Special thank you to Albert and Paul for coming to our apartment multiple times, each time being so sweet and making me feel comfortable while my Husbands at work. Big love for these awesome apartments, one of our favorites!

Love this complex! They are knowledgeable and friendly! They are over 20+ years old but I love being on the third floor! The view of the high school is awesome we can watch the games from our porch! Plan to make this my home as long as I can. I'll pay the high rent because everyone keeps to themselves and it's very peaceful regardless of anything. Definitely rent here because it's worth it!

What sold me on sunpointe was the amenities.... But from there, it just got better and better!!!! The experience of moving in was top tier. Julie and at the time Marina who were the staff when I moved in we're very helpful. And much in contact with me through the whole process. Their knowledge of things and knowing their job and doing it well with kind customer support and efficiency were well appreciated. The maintenance deserves a high five as well. For they get things that are in their control in a timely manner

The office staff & maintenance team are always incredibly kind & helpful. We've lived here for 2 years now & any concerns we've had and maintenance requests have been handled quickly and efficiently. I appreciate the kindness that is given by everyone from the Sunpointe staff in this chaotic world.
