I have a nice apartment but I just do not agree with the toxic that I have to endure this is a none smoking units ..I love me and my health and I.love living in a smoke free place what anyone has going on in there Iives is ok but respect your neighbors. It pays off to healthy living ..AND LESS WORRING ABOUT FIRE HAZARDS

The new office manager Rauvel does not speak to anyone. The front lady Miyah does everything. She has an office full of people and the office manager will not come out and help. I went to see if I could get things fixed in my unit since they go up when you sign a lease. Rauvel just sat in her office while five other people waited to be talked to as the phone rang. I also asked could they fix the fence in back since people are coming from the street in the back to the Vacant apartments living in them. They have yet to fix it and it been at least five months. Miyah can only do so much by herself. She tries to please all her tenants and she’s doing a great job at it. That new manager not worth a dime hate to say but they need to do better. I wish they cared about there property.

Current resident. Been without heat for over a month. I was informed that a part was on order to fix it, but nothing has happened with that. Nor have I been updated on the status of said part.

I've been left without water in my apartment for nearly two weeks at the time of writing this I have very small children who go to school and the fact that they can't wash or take showers is ridiculous!

Water ain’t never working.i been here for a year . Every few weeks the water stops or it’s not getting hot.
