I have loved my stay here. Even more so anytime I request maintenance they are always timely and prompt. In fact each time I’ve needed something done the maintenance guy Benjamin Frazier is always quick in responding and excellent in fixing what needs to be. Ben is professional and has extraordinary customer service. He keeps me updated on ticket request completion as well. He also puts everything back as it’s suppose to be. Cool place to live and kind people to deal with.

The maintenance technician was very prompts, professional, and most importantly, efficient. I have never had a faster turnaround for a maintenance request than any building I’ve ever lived in. Kudos to the maintenance team.

Within an hour of submitting a repair request Von from Maintenance came & repaired our garbage disposal. He was very polite and friendly and we had a nice conversation about the amenities at Sunnybrook. Thank you Von!

EDIT: since my initial review new management has taken over for D&F and are now owned and managed by AIR and most of the staff has changed besides a few. Matt is wonderful and is still here as well as the original maintenance guy who goes above and beyond. I did however have an issue I brought to their attention via our resident portal and have not heard back regarding this matter and how they plan to address it. It has now been 2 weeks. I really hope this doesn’t show the direction of this new company. I will leave my 5 star until proven otherwise. Joe, I think, came and fixed the blockage quickly. He called me about 4 hours after my request and was not aware it hadn't been taken care of. He quickly came over and fixed the problem. No complaints!
