My mother was expecting to move in next month but it seems that someone in the office dropped the ball and they told her just a week before moving in that there were no more units available. She applied over a month ago and turned in all of the information they requested (which was a ridiculous amount of paperwork) I told her to call corporate and file a complaint. It’s very unprofessional to leave someone hanging when they’ve gone through the entire application process and was approved and prepared to move.

Horrible. I visited here Sat Aug 9th, 2025.The address I was given was 3330 Sungrove Ln. I arrived a little after 10 pm & sat for a bit in front of 3301/what looked to be a leasing office.When the person I was visiting came down to greet me I asked where to park having noted a mostly empty lot & grouping(vehicles parked near one another).I saw spots marked visitor, asked if thats good to park at,was told yes,& didnt think anything further about it. I parked&left my truck@10:30 pm.When I came back to where I parked it@2 am-I was thoroughly confused/concerned.I thought Id been car jacked or got confused coming or going. I called the person Id just visited.She came down to assist.I saw an SUV labeled police in front of where I initially sat upon arriving at 3301/leasing office.I approach & le

Absolutely the worst apartment complex I’ve ever come across. This place is a mess. The property manager, Dayana, is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Any time someone brings up a concern or says something she doesn’t like, she starts threatening them with eviction instead of helping resolve anything. I’ve seen over seven families move in and out in the span of just two months — that says everything you need to know. There’s no safe space for kids to play, and the complex feels completely out of control. Kids are running around throwing rocks at people’s cars and fighting, and the parents don’t seem to care. The environment is unsafe, especially for families. Dayana clearly plays favorites — choosing who she wants to renew leases with and who she wants gone. It’s unfair and completely

Apartments are very nice in the inside when I first move in a had Roches for the first 3 months, they came to spray my house every Friday lady that live across from me was sending video of dumb stuff about the kids to the office It's not much for the kids to do out there the apartment complex should not be kids friendly cause every little thing the kids do you getting a letters on the door. I was there 5 months call the head people to let me out my lease. Do not move to the back in building 3400 I promise you those two building complain about every little thing the office manager is rude have a very nasty attitude if she don't like what you say she will tell you she want renew your lease that her favorite thing to say to you.
