Sunlight Manor Apartments (800)

I have been here 4 years and noticed some positive changes when the new management took over esp. And has stayed! No apartments are perfect and I have had a couple issues in the past but if any issues come up they NOW have meetings for our community to come together and communicate find solutions and are able to talk to management about it as usually the same day of the issue and I also like the fact that she is here doing her job (sometimes even late)and making it feel safe and actually making changes for us and the property. The maintenance is great and things are fixed in a timely manner. They even throw lil get together party's for the children and for the apartments tenants to come together at times.

Nice place to live.The apartment Manager Mrs. Precious goes over and Beyond to help her tenants. She makes sure that it is a nice clean and safe community to live in. She is always willing to help me.I highly recommend Sunlight apartments! Mrs Precious is the best apartment manager!

I absolutely love Ms. Precious she do everything in her power to make sure her residents is happy and safe. Maintenance take care of your problem you have.i been here three years and i can say its way better from what it was in 2012

We moved here on March 1 2024. We are aware of the new rules and regulations and try to do our best to abide by the rules. We hope to have a pleasant stay until the day we move away. We don't intend on being here many years hoping to relocate someday.

I love the atmosphere here. It's quiet there hasn't been any issues with management. The managers and maintenance are very helpful and very respectful. This is the first time I have lived on a property that cares and values tenants as community not just as tenants. Children are free to play outside. If you are looking for a nice place for family and something quiet. I recommend.
