Sunlight Estates Apartments

I first moved into Sunlight Estates almost 3 years ago. I had a beautiful 2 bedroom luxurious apartment. I work in Ridgefield and moved down from up North for my job and family in Oregon. I really didn’t think that people were actually as kind as the management of both that property and the one I now live in, Sunlight Meadows anymore. In fact a couple that lived at Sunrise Estates that were my Neighbors, also moved here and are my neighbors again. I moved from my 2 bedroom to my brand new luxury 1 bedroom apartment to downsize as I prepare to retire in a couple years. It actually feels more Iike family than property management. Moved in about a week and a half ago, and we are so pleased with our new place. Everything here is top notch - layout, appliances, tall ceilings, everything feels luxury and modern. Haven’t had any issues, & the staff is very friendly and helpful! It’s a great area, couple minutes from the mall, and the freeway is like 2 min away. We haven’t had any issues with loud neighbors, it’s incredibly peaceful, there’s plenty of parking & we also got assigned a parking that is covered! Would highly recommend! 💗

I couldn’t recommend these apartments more. Lived here for two years without any negative experiences that aren’t related to neighbors - those no one can control. Management is EXCELLENT - everything on that spectrum was perfect. The units themselves have to be some of the largest that Vancouver has to offer. The appliances are excellent, the bathrooms are huge. Overall the units are super practical and have the best layouts that I’ve ever experienced in Vancouver. Again, after two years, a highly positive experience.

Paid $50 to apply for a rental at Sunlight Estates and was denied for fully paid and closed collections from over 5 years ago. I have never been denied by any rental company (For example: my current apartment costs almost double, the rental house I lived in previously was triple the cost of rent at Sunlight) I kindly requested to further discuss the situation, but incredibly disrespectful management doesn't return phone calls or emails, even just to say that they couldn't work anything out with me. Would not recommend this complex based off this alone; however, a friend in local construction business informed me that this complex is very cheaply made with finishes that only appear to be luxury but are actually not. Truly feel that I dodged a bullet on this one.

Love this place!! Definitely feels like home! It’s very luxurious! And gorgeous! The kitchen is my favorite! Its so pretty and elegant. The people in the office are very sweet as well willing to help with anything! Really recommend this place!
