Sunland Country Apartments

My experience with the customer service here has been extremely disappointing. Interactions with April in particular have been surprisingly unpleasant. She has been so rude and dismissive, and she frequently comes across as irritated or bothered by residents. It’s rare to encounter someone in a customer-service role who makes residents feel so unwelcome. I will be breaking my lease soon and it will be because of my encounters with April. Kristen has been the only person in the office to make us feel welcomed here. She is the absolute sweetest. Management claims they care for the safety of their residents yet theres been multiple safety concerns including shooting incidents within the apartment complex, and a front gate that never seems to be working.

Currently living here and the worst experience yet; very unprofessional head manager, Mr.Robert Lopez and regional manager, Ms.Slyvia Salas. Informed WITH documentation of photos, call logs, audio recordings, and police incident reports of many issues including damage made by my upstairs neighbors to which NOTHING had been done, rather my spouse and I being put to blame. Sent many emails to Ms.Salas and Mr.Lopez only to be ignored and continue living in poor conditions with no solutions. The only helpful staff are to Kristine and April, poor and unprofessional management regarding the head and regional managers though. Do not recommend unless you wish to be ignored by management while having to pay almost $1k (or more) for dreadful living.

From the moment I moved in, the management team has been nothing but friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to ensure that every resident feels welcomed and taken care of. The amenities are well-maintained, and the community is always clean and peaceful. I currently live here and it’s pretty good , can’t say you don’t like a place just because some of the buildings aren’t done doesn’t mean it won’t be done allot of ppl are actually living here already and no one has complained about it , everyone is in their own little world nobody messes with nobody kids are kids and run around so far we like it and maintenance comes when they get called to fix a certain thing they don’t take for ever to come which is the right thing to do . Rent is a little pricey but everywhere you go will be even worse. But I recommend 😊 have a blessed day.

I had applied feb 26 , they originally told me it would be 1 week I said ok 1 week came nothing so I called them they said they were just waiting on one paper so I went to go get them that paper I then called back 2 days later they had said everything was looking good so I waited another couple days 2 weeks pass I call back she says still it doesn’t look like I’ll get denied. I had trust so I started packing last minute keep in mind once I was done packing she calls me and tells me I got denied over 2,000 dollars over on income really disappointed, I was looking for ward to moving in almost waiting 3 weeks to just get approved and then they disappointed me with it getting denied.
