Sungate Apartments

Very friendly staff, Katie is great and always takes care of the residents. Dol, the maintenance man, works very hard to keep the place clean and organized. They have very quick response times to maintenance issues and are always friendly. I've been here 3 years and have been enjoying my stay here. Thank you for everything you all do here!

The complex is clean and well-maintained & I felt safe living here. Maintenance requests are done quickly. Katie and Dol are both very helpful !

The manager at Sungate Apartments does a wonderful job and we are lucky to have her as our manager. Whenever I put in a work order she makes sure that it is taken care of in a timely manner. She has always been kind and professional. She really cares about the residents and goes above and beyond to address our needs and make us comfortable in our homes. I also appreciate the incredible work by our maintenance man who does a fantastic job for our community. He is quick and professional. I see him early every morning working on the pool and making sure everything looks great! I just signed a lease renewal and look forward to another year here at Sungate.

We were looking for a new apartment and were recommended to Sungate. We called the front office to get some more information and spoke with Katie. Unfortunately, she made the decision not to live here for us. She was very rude and did not seem very informed on the property. She was coughing vehemently while on the phone and did not listen while I was speaking. I got off the call with more questions than answers. If that's how Katie treats someone looking to move in, I would hate to see how she treats actual tenets.
