I have purchased 5 homes in my life, and I wish Nick Gutierrez was there for the first 4. He is above and beyond the BEST lender I have ever worked with. Choosing Nick at Sunflower Bank was hands down the best decision I could have made. He is prompt, thorough, and kind. He utilized seller concessions to buy down my interest rate and pre-pay HOA & warranty fees for 2 years! I didn’t even know that these things were possible. He never once called and instead communicated only through texts and emails, often contacting my husband first even though he is not on the loan. We experienced repeated changes to loan terms and costs after we had clearly asked for no adjustments, and there was a complete lack of clear communication or explanation at every stage.
