We just closed property with Centex this week at Sunchase community. Great experience I have with them. The team I worked with is aswesome, thanks to our sales agent Tim, construction Jeff and local loan officer Stacy. Jeff made sure to have best build quality and paid attention to every detail like plug and trim locations. Tim would listen to all requests, try to help when he can and finds help otherwise. Stacy understood our need quickly and provide best solutions to it in no time. Overall, this was a wonderful purchase experience for us.

Knows all aspects of purchasing/build a home; keep posting me up to date information. Alex(Construction Manager): Attentive to small defects I didn't notice during walk through, take care of all the problems found by monitoring contractors follow up work. Travis and Noelle(Mortgage team): Patient and professional, helped me chose the program meet my financial goal. The mortgage incentive from Centex is real incentive. Blair(Title team): Sharp and knowledgeable, explain every single item for the documents and ensure the smoothness of the process.
