Rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath 4th floor pool view amenities are great, staff and maintenance crew are awesome! I would definitely rent there again in the future if i need to. The keyless entry through the app on my phone made it very convenient. Very quite and clean and close to everything. And was able to rent my place out on air bnb when I was not staying there so that helped with the rent. Loved being a resident highly recommend if u are needing a nice apartment

I have lived in this apartment complex for about 8 months out of my 15-month lease now, and there are a few reasons I’m rating it 1 star. For how much I pay in rent, I honestly expected way better maintenance, communication, and actual effort toward residents. Early on it became obvious that upkeep here isn’t a priority. The stairwells are constantly covered in dog hair, construction workers leave trash all over the property that doesn’t get cleaned up, and people regularly dump boxes and furniture in the trash rooms with no enforcement. For a brand-new building, you’d think they’d stay on top of this stuff. At one point the entire 3rd floor smelled awful for weeks because someone clearly threw up and it was never properly cleaned. Also, one of the parking garage elevators was out for alm

We are new residents here and love it! Beautiful property, the pool and 4th floor outside terrace are 5 star. The staff greeted us every time with a smile, and treated us professionally and made it a fun decision to choose our new home! The apartments are smartly designed, lots of storage. We highly recommend Sunela!

My husband and I moved from Virginia to Phoenix in December 2024. Prior to our move, we looked at a number of properties but ultimately decided that Sunela Apartments was the place to live. We’ve really loved living here! The building is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional, and they’ve always been responsive and helpful whenever we’ve needed anything. It truly feels like home, which is why we’re so happy to be renewing our lease for another 15 months. We highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I do not normally leave reviews as it is something I never really do, but it wouldn’t feel right not to as this was a phenomenal experience. Back in may I was shopping for a new apartment, I probably toured 10-15 apartments and touring this one was the best experience by far I had. JAIME was phenomenal, she elevated the entire experience. Took the time to figure out what we were looking for and what best fit the needs. The entire complex is phenomenal and I have nothing but great things to say about it. I did however end up going with a different apartment complex ONLY because the distance was closer to work and was comparable to Sunela. Anyone considering this beautiful complex I would highly recommend it, ASK FOR JAIME!!!
