Sundown Apartments

The landlady is incredibly rude and invasive. The property itself is ill-maintained and there is constant shady foot traffic, drug use, and domestic violence afoot on the property. The laundry room is severely affected by mildew and the machines cost $2 a pop and leave your clothes dirtier than Constant unnecessary inspections, property managers knocking on the door for ridiculous non-reasons like to drop off a notification about parking lot refurbishment (to a tenant who doesn't own a car). Absolutely do not rent from here if you work from home-- between the drug fueled domestic disputes of the neighbors and the obscenely invasive behavior of landlady Cuon Xui Do and her silent, creepy husband, your job will suffer.
