What sets Sundial apart from other apartments is the apartment manager Elaine T. She manages this apartment so well. She ensures rules are followed and respected by residents and guests. She also ensures the complex is clean and neat. Outstanding work each day with a smile. She ensures we feel part of a community with fun community engagements.

Sundial is the place to be! Elaine and Alan have been amazing. They are able to create a well maintained, friendly, clean and safe environment. My fiancé and I moved in close to a year ago and stand thoroughly impressed. The attention to detail, down to making sure the parking lot is clean, and the grills are spotless is awesome. Big thank you to Elaine, she has always made sure we are taken care of.

So happy with sundial maintenance , the the guy was very helpful, very polite and friendly, he also ask me if I need anything else to be fixed,I ask him to if he can help me with my cabinet door , he fixed right away I was surprised he did it ! Thank you so much to your guys new maintenance team ,, hand on right away .. so happy living here

I being living here for 17 years, all this time i lived very happy, when I requested any service on my apartment they fixed right away, I like the manager, she is always looking around, even at night when I get home sometimes she is walking, I like to live here, only one thing, the fee I pay for the lift

Management is always there to answer questions or assist with any needs. Response time is very fast. The grounds are alwats kept clean.
