I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Sundance Pointe Apartments for the past 2 years.The community is well-maintained, quiet, and feels safe. The management and office staff are professional, friendly, and responsive. Any time I’ve had a question or need assistance, I always reach out to Raquel. She is so helpful, knowledgeable, and down to earth. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the team does a great job keeping everything in good condition. The grounds are clean and well kept. If you’re looking for a place that’s comfortable, affordable, and well-managed, I highly recommend Sundance Pointe Apartments. I would definitely recommend asking for Raquel, she will take good care of you.

I love Raquel at the office very caring and genuinely helpful to current and perspective residents. The maintenance staff is awesome! Leo is highly proficient and personable. 1/15/2026 Leo back with professional prompt maintenance services 3/2/2026 Leo identified the issue with my leaking sink and was able to fix it. He also handled another outstanding order in my unit while here.

This was my first time moving into an apartment complex, and I’m so glad I chose Sundance Pointe Apartments. I’ve been living here for 2 years, and the community is always clean, quiet, and welcoming. My neighbors are friendly, and the staff truly makes a difference. Ms. Sharonda is an outstanding Community Manager! Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue, she ensures it gets handled quickly and correctly. She is professional, polite, and truly goes above and beyond in her role. The ladies in the leasing office are also very helpful and kind. Ms.Sharonda is truly the best, and I appreciate everything she does to make living here such a positive experience.

I highly recommend Ms.Raquel from Sundance Pointe. She was knowledgeable about the application process and the apartments. She answered all of my questions. She stayed in contact with me when she had questions or when she needed more information. She was helpful. She was kind and the environment was welcoming as well.
