Sundance Apartments

We moved into Sundance apartments in June of 2025 and have been very pleasantly surprised with this property and staff. Although the complex has been around for quite a few years, the staff and maintenance team have done a wonderful job of keeping the property and apartments updated and looking very nice. I've lived in many apartments, throughout many cities, and I can say for certain that this property has one of the nicer scenic pond views that I've ever had the opportunity to call home. It’s even nicer than some of the homes with ponds I've also lived in. I've been super impressed with the maintenance staff, led by Hoobi. WOMEN ESPECIALLY DO NOT LIVE IN THESE APARTMENTS. Lived here for less than a year before we were forced to break our lease. My roommate had evidence and police reports of the man who lived downstairs consistently harassing her and threatening her. The office did not care about us. This eventually lead to my roommate getting PUNCHED in the face by the tenant and ambushed. Turns out, the tenants under us were not even listed residents in the apartment and management failed to do any investigation upon our first complaints. Instead they told us if we did not keep the peace we would be fined. We had the police called twice on this tenant downstairs for stalking my roommate and waiting to physically harm her. I will be sharing a more in-depth review after I have written it up, but I just got this in the mail today and wanted to share so others do not fall into the same trap I did. Hopefully this review helps others to make an educated decision on where they decide to live. I lived here for one year. Here is a photo of the carpet when I moved out. My family and I spent hours deep cleaning this apartment. We did more than most people would do. We even were on our knees scrubbing the carpet where a few small stains persisted. To add, there were several problems with this apartment when I moved in, and it was not clean after paying around $3k in move-in costs. The maintenance staff always does an amazing job. They’re quick to act, keep you informed, and are always friendly. They go above and beyond to make your experience here a pleasant one.

I moved in a week ago and so far it’s been great. The staff were super helpful getting me moved in ASAP and accommodating my needs with a broken ankle. The apartments are renovated and quite nice. No complaints here!
