Sundance Apartments

We had a great move-in experience at the Sundance Apartments! From start to finish, the staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and responsive. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answered all of our questions, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The community is well-kept, and it’s clear they take pride in both the property and the residents. We’re very happy with our decision and would definitely recommend Sundance Apartments to anyone looking for a positive and professional apartment experience.

I lived here for over a year and it’s a great apartment to come home to. It’s clean and well maintained and they’re always finding things around the community to improve. The apartments are reasonably priced and spacious. If maintenance is needed, they respond to your needs quickly.

Friendly & helpful staff, clean property. I’ve been living here for a few years and I must say that I’ve never had any issues with them at all. I love it here.

I have been living at Sundance apartments since 2021 and if I wasn't moving out of Florida soon, I'd still be living here. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are a single girly like me and safety is a top priority for you. I haven't had any issues with any of the office staff, Yazmina is great at communicating with the residents. It's gated, clean and safe! Honestly one of the best complexes I've lived in. They have also included lots of new activities for the residents. I have especially enjoyed the food trucks. If you have any doubts about moving here, don't! Come on down girl! 😉😊
