Absolutely loved living here, rent was responsible, water, trash, yard maintenance included. Management was amazing and responsive. Maintenance was responsive if there was ever an issue. They take very good care of the property. It’s overall a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. I absolutely loved living here for the time that I was here about a year and a half. I purchased a home on the lake and that’s the only reason I left. If you’re looking for a very well maintained safe neighborhood with responsive management and maintenance. This is the place you’re looking for.

I have lived here for 3 years. The units are nice, management is easy to work with, and maintenance is quick and responsive and will repair whatever you have going on. This is the best place to rent in the area if you can find an opening

Terrible, absolutely terrible management. Units are gorgeous but management is rude, and will not work with you whatsoever. They love to tow cars even if you're parked "illegally " for 5 minutes
