Sunbury Square Apartments

The staff is outstanding! This is a great place to live in a clean and quiet environment. They are a bit older, but the maintenance and office staff are very professional and eager to assist with any issues. I have loved my time here and would definitely recommend.

Family-friendly neighborhood I have had a wonderful experience living here.  Tamara, the manager, and facilities staff are considerate and handled my concerns in a timely manner. Also, the grounds are always well kept.

My brother and his family lived in those apartments for 9 years. Yes, they had financial problems especially with the pandemic. My sister in-law work as well as my niece to pay rent. I even help out by staying with them a couple of times. These people out them out because the had updated the apartments and wanted to make money so bad that, they could've make the place better for them. Lastly, every time my brother put a work order in, why it showed completed?? Quiet area to live but unfair when you are going through financial issues.

Stay away. I will never recommend to a friend or family to move in… The apartment is very silent and great neighborhood but The manager is very terrible. She is very impolite, rude and have very bad attitude... They look for every way possible to assess fraudulent charges. After I moved out, I paid whatever they asked me to pay and still they sent me a collection to repay again … no I will never pay you again. Old building and good luck getting anything fixed. They never fixed right but wrote in file that they did multiple times. they need to change the manager

I’ve lived here 3 years and absolutely love it! Management and maintenance are always easy to contact and respond to problems immediately! Very happy with my home.
