The front entrance does not have a security code, only the parking gate. The street is full of potholes, making it difficult for cars to pass. The stairways are filthy and never cleaned, nor is cleaning required from residents. The pool rarely opens and is not properly maintained. When it does open, it closes far too early, sometimes even before the posted hours. Windows show mold from lack of cleaning. Cabinet doors are replaced with mismatched parts, and tiles are also mixed in color and style. Some residents have lived here for 6, 8, 10, or even 15 years, yet rent continues to increase without consideration. My and my father went to this apartment to see the prices here and decided if he would like to move here, but once we entered the Administration just looked at us up and down when we asked for the prices and told up “we have no rooms” and seemed unkind. The place looks very nice but the people from the office do not seem like it.

Made an appointment on the phone for a tour, i got there and the front office was too busy for that. they barely looked my way, looked me up and down and said there was not any rooms available despite me having a whole appointment for a tour made the day before by call. seems a little weird to me but they were also very dismissive and looked at me like if they were judging me and barely even looked my way or cared about a customer or just a normal person walking in. would not recomend this place(they have no rooms available anyways)

I am rating this a 1 star because this year the pool never opened if yall can open yall pool as fast u can i am going to rate ir a 5 star.

This place does not gave good assistance. They yell and never help. There is dog poop every where and kids break your windows. There is noise every where and the managers do not have disaplene.
