Diane and her team were very helpful and came right to the assisted living facility to assist an elderly lady to sign her closing documents. I had a very negative experience with Sunbelt title at the Naples location. We notified the title company 20 days in advance of our availability, and they scheduled us for Monday (which is Memorial Day, but they still offered it). Come Monday, no communication at all. It's not until the next day that we receive communication and they say the closer (Rocky Casana) dropped the ball and they will get started on it. It took them over 9 hours and 3 revisions to correct mistakes before they got us going with the virtual notary. The notary was competent (and not part of Sunbelt). The next day, they took over 8 hours for Rocky Casana to get us the settlement to DocuSign. During the process, they sent us files that clearly showed the buyer's SSN.
