🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Leanna is an outstanding building manager at Sun Valley Apartments. She is always professional, approachable, and truly cares about the residents. Whenever an issue comes up, she responds quickly and makes sure things are handled properly. What really stands out is her friendliness and genuine concern for everyone’s comfort and safety in the community. She goes above and beyond to make living here a positive experience, and it’s clear she takes pride in her work. We really appreciate everything she does — Sun Valley Apartments is lucky to have her as a manager!

The apartment complex is nice. What made it for me was management. Leanna is very respectful and knowledgeable. When we came to her with concerns, they were handled the same to next day. She is a great communicator and is supportive of the tenants. I have come to her and she was able to help us find a solution to support our stay at Sun Valley.

Exceptionally efficient’ is the phrase that comes to mind when I think about Rony Salles our apartment complex maintenance. I was particularly impressed by Rony's ability to understand the maintenance plumbing, electrical and other issues quickly and effectively resolving using his best technical skills. Answered my queries with attention to detail with explanation of reason for the maintenance. Also follows up after few days to ensure everything is running smoothly. Keep up the good work

By far one of the worst apartments!! I lived here for about 3 years and the worse part was the horrible communication and how hard it was to ever get a hold of every leasing manager since I’ve been here. Leanna is the current leasing manager. The leasing office opens at 9. Rarely would there be anyone at that time. Sometimes there would be a sign saying will be back at a certain time, but she would never be back at that time listed. I would call the leasing office and rarely would anyone pick up. Most of the time you couldn’t even leave a voicemail because the voicemail would be full and the rare times when you could leave a voicemail, she wouldn’t return your call. So far, a previous pretty serious issue I encountered included sewage leaking in our units and all over the community lawn. It took some time to be addressed. Now my row of apartments have had ongoing issues with our water heater, that we were told we all share. Well, today, I turned on the shower in my bathroom and it turns out that I have zero hot water, not even any warm water! And only cold water comes out of my sink! And today of all days I'd like to shower, but I can't because there's no hot water at all whatsoever in my bathroom or my apartment. We were told by Leanna, the office manager, that there would be an emergency number listed when you called the office number, but there is no number. It just sends you to voicemail. This is very frustrating because we're not getting reimburs
