Sun Ridge Apartments

Great place, great atmosphere, and conveniently close to work and all the amenities. Honestly, it’s just a really good place to be. Home, work, and a little bit of balance all in one. The staff is great, the manager is professional, and the assistant manager is equally professional and helpful. I’ve had no issues and no complaints. Very pleased overall. Thank you everyone — for what you do. It truly shows.

READ BEFORE YOU APPLY!! alot of the past reviews wont matter as there will be a new manager come february and shes the worst she will turn your experience very grim very fast. rent if you want some people just need to see it to believe it. my advice is try windrush apartments or milo apartments. i give the apartments itself a 7/10 i give the new staff a 0/10 overall 0/10 the staff dictates your experience trash staff means trash apartments i dont care how nice the apartments are . they'll say i dont live here but i do.

I moved to these apartments a year ago and from the beginning I have always had the best treatment and service from Cecilia. Apart from that, they have a clean exterior and there are no problems with the neighbors. Any maintenance problem is attended to immediately, highly recommended for living. This is my first apartment and I love it, and Spanish is spoken for those who don't speak English. 5 star for sure , no doubts.

I and my husband have no problem here at Sun Ridge Apartments great manger and staff if there's a problem Ms Dina fix in a flash our Air conditioner went out I did a work order on Saturday and they fixed it that Sunday and I called that damn good management I think we have a great manger thanks Ms Dina keep up the good work

This experience was overall amazing from the jump. Seclia made me feel very welcomed, she was amazing throughly the whole process and answered all my questions. The apartments are big and very roomy! The plus is the fact they have a laundry room on site as well as a pool and a play park for the kiddos. They also have handicap parking which is perfect for me as well my wheel chair fits through everything in the apartment. Very glad to start my new beginnings here.
