No security around either the comments be lying, services get turned off without noticing tenants. Management doesn’t really care. That low price, yeah you literally get what you pay for sometimes less and the area is always filled with trash all over. Never gets cleaned up

I relocated here from California off of reference from a family member... 1 week before my move in date i was told the unit(# 205) i signed and paid for was all of a sudden not avalible. Therfore i was reassigned a unit(# 203) per staff request and choice all beofre arriving from California. Where i stayed in the same apartment 5 years no problems! Upon moving into the unit we noticed tht it was infested with a number of different bugs but mainly roches and my 2year old and i contained bites in several area's! So we took pictures and reported it to the office. Inwhich they did send some one out to bomb the unit but my child and i continued to be ate then is when i discovered bed bugs in the unit a number of them in my daughter's room! Every time I need a work filled Jessica is there! Every time I can’t make it into the office because I work over night Jessica is always ready to assist! Day and night she is there for our community. She is respectful and always keeps her cool with any situation. I have witnessed tenants being so disrespectful to her and she has calmed the whole scene down. She is easy to speak too. She is stern but fair. She goes by the book when it comes to the rules but do not try to get pull a fast one on her CAUSE IT WONT WORK! Be 100 with her and she will always treat you right!

I have lived here for more than 2 years with my 2 kids. Very quiet, no worries if i forget to lock my door. Office and maintenance staff always very nice, helpful, and willing to work with me. They have worked with me on rent when I was in financial bind so I didn't have to worry about being evicted. I have never thought twice about renewing my lease and plan on being here for a long time.

I don't live here someone I know came here to pick up something like a spare tire
