Sun Creek Apartments

I really enjoy living at the Sun Creek Apartments! Victoria is amazing and helped make our move in transition so simple and easy. You can tell that she truly loves what she does. While Kari was here she made things very easy as well. Every concern that I had or problem that needed fix Victoria and Kari always did their best to solve it. Talking to them is always been so comfortable because I know they'll listen. 10/10 highly recommend!

Genuinely curious why there seems to be leaks every month or two where the office shuts your water off for sometimes hours on end…This is the only apartment company that shuts off water randomly multiple times a year… this is becoming a problem. Will there be a solution in the long term? Very curious since there never seems to be anyone in the office to answer their phones. The last water issue occurred in July 11th. The issue before was June 26-28th. Plus many many many more issues since Ive moved in back in 2024… Hopefully this apartment company gets the plumbing updated or something. Hate having to take a shower and hope that it doesn’t shut off (like it has many times in the past) or doing laundry and have to reschedule my day. This is an ongoing and serious issue. It’s SAFE, my neighbors are FRIENDLY, it’s CLEAN, it’s SPACIOUS and it feels like HOME ❤️! As a new resident in AZ these things were top on my list! The location is great; surrounded by all of your favorite stores and restaurants and I feel SAFE!!! I couldn’t have asked for a better start in AZ! Thanks Sun Creek!
